The PlayStation family has always had a huge library of games with thousands of options for players to choose from. Sony continues to release new and exclusive titles.

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart

Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is probably the best game for PS5 in general. This continuation of the long-standing franchise combines great graphics, instant loading, diverse gameplay, and a charming story. It also showcases the capabilities of the DualSense controller with some subtle tactile effects. It seems to be the most complete game for PS5 at the moment.

Spider-Man: Miles Morale

For fans of Marvel superheroes, Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a great choice that follows Miles Morales as he takes on the mantle of Spider-Man while Peter Parker is away. He races through New York City, fights villains, and copes with his personal and family life after becoming a superhero.

Demon’s Souls

If you’re up for the challenge, Demon’s Souls is our favorite PS5 game to date. It completely reimagines the cult violent RPG from 2009 with a gorgeous new visual style, high frame rate mode, and some welcome quality of life changes, while still maintaining the uniquely challenging yet enjoyable story loop that made the original so special.

Astro’s Playroom

In addition to the components that comprise a fantastic platformer for the whole family, the PS5 already has Astro’s Playroom installed by default. It is one of the best adventures anyone can experience on the system right out of the box.

Call of Duty: Black Ops

Call of Duty: Black Ops is highly recommended for anyone who loves shooters. The game takes the glossy, polished blockbuster campaign of previous Call of Duty games and combines it with a full set of multiplayer options, as well as a return to the classic Zombies storyline. It’s loud, colorful, and full of Hollywood shootouts, all of which have ties to previous Black Ops games that fans will appreciate.
